As a key part of our premium gym flooring range, these speckled 20mm gym floor matts really stand out. They are made from premium SBR rubber with an EPDM Fleck finish. The flecked design, available in a range of different colours are a key factor in why this is such a popular product, however, the EPDM finish also enhances it's cleaning properties too. 
 
We stock 20mm with a white fleck and 20mm with grey fleck.
 
We also have a range of colour options as a part of our pre-order commercial deals, these typically have a lead time.

20mm and 30mm gym floor tiles are ideal for home and commercial spaces. We will often recommend 30mm for heavy-use, large-scale commercial units to provide that performance benefit, 20mm is perfect for smaller commercial units. 
 
Our EPDM Speckled Range are super functional (durable, good bounce, sound reduction, easy to clean) and they do look amazing. 
 
Each tile has been precision cut, we allow for a 1% tolerance level only to reduce the likelihood of any gaps during installation. 
 
For all our speckled fleck range tiles (20mm, 30mm, or 40mm) we will provide free connector clips that help ensure all tiles are uniformly fit. We recommend using these in the middle of the edging. 
 
Depending on the shape of the gym space you have, we'd recommend over-ordering by 10%, although large rectangle spaces often only need 5%. 
 
To work out how many tiles you will need: measure the length and the width of the space in meters, and multiple. This gives you your sq/m.

Preparation/advice
 
Ensure your floor is level, and give it a good clean prior to installation, if you do clean it, make sure it is dry before you start laying the tiles. You can purchase general adhesive from most DIY stores (or of course Amazon), but many customers prefer to lay these tiles loose. As a quality product, they are heavy (16kg each) and movement if the whole room is laid will be minimal. As a commercial gym, you may have certain health and safety procedures you adhere to and therefore adhesive might be your preference. 
 
If you need to cut your tiles to size, this can be done using a strong retractable knife, however, please proceed with caution. Equally, if you'd like the Recharge team to fit the flooring let us know, we are happy to quote.
