Creating bespoke gym equipment might sound complicated, but we make it simple. Whether you're after branded plates, a custom rig, or a a sled track, we guide you through every stage. From initial enquiry to final delivery, you'll know exactly what to expect and when.
We believe in clear communication, fast mock-ups, and a collaborative design process, so you get equipment that fits your brand, your space, and your goals. Here's how it works:
1 - Enquire & Share Your Vision
Get in touch via our website, email or socials, whichever suits you best. Let us know what product you're interested in, your branding ideas, and any technical requirements like colours, logos, measurements, or quantities. Our team will respond promptly to confirm the details and request any brand assets we need. Once we’ve got everything, we’ll create a visual mock-up showing how your product could look.
3 - Production
Once you approve the design, we submit it to our trusted manufacturing partners. The production timeline typically takes around 10–12 weeks. From raw material prep to final production, we’ll keep you updated throughout, sharing real photos and key milestones so you’re always in the loop.
2 - Design
We’ll send you a mock-up of your custom equipment. This is where you can tweak colours, adjust logo placement, request alternate styles, or explore different finishes. Our designers will work closely with you to make revisions until it’s just right. Whether it takes one revision or ten, we won’t move forward until you’re 100% happy with the final look.
4 - Delivery
Once production is complete, we’ll keep you updated with delivery timelines and arrange the final steps with you directly. For certain products, like sled tracks, rigs, and flooring, we also offer professional installation services to ensure everything is fitted safely and properly. Just let us know during the enquiry if you’ll need this.
