Located inside Willesden Sports Centre, BRN had access to a busy venue with thousands of members and athletes already using the wider facility. Sean approached Recharge Fitness with a strong plan in place, trusting us to help bring the space to life through smart layout planning, reliable equipment and a setup designed around efficient coaching.

A 100sqm Training Space Designed Around Coaching Efficiency
BRN was designed to make the most of a compact 100sqm footprint, creating a training environment that could support high-quality group sessions without feeling overcrowded or difficult to coach.
Located inside Willesden Sports Centre, the gym benefits from being part of an already active sporting environment. Sean approached Recharge Fitness with a strong plan in place, trusting us to help refine the layout and supply equipment that would support the way BRN needed to operate day to day.
To make the space work effectively, we created four identical training zones within the gym. This allowed BRN to run structured group sessions with 8–16 clients, giving every member access to the same equipment while making it easier for one coach to manage the session, maintain flow and keep the training experience consistent.
What We Supplied
To help bring BRN to life, we supplied and installed a complete equipment package designed around space efficiency, group coaching and long-term commercial use.
The project included 20mm SBR gym flooring, black hex dumbbells with rack storage, kettlebells, benches, sleds and sled tracks, SkiErg, curved treadmill, air bike, plyo boxes, bumper plates and battle ropes. Each product was selected to support BRN’s programming, allowing the facility to deliver strength, conditioning and functional training within a compact but well-organised layout.
Every element of the fit-out was planned to help the gym operate smoothly day to day. The finished space gives BRN a clean, practical and profitable training environment, with a setup that supports both current sessions and future growth as the brand continues to expand.
