Our Grey Fleck Gym Flooring Tiles are designed for home gyms, PT studios, and commercial fitness facilities looking for durable, professional-grade gym flooring with a premium finish. Available in both 15mm and 20mm thicknesses, these heavy-duty rubber gym floor tiles combine high-density SBR rubber with a speckled EPDM grey fleck surface for improved durability, easier cleaning, and a more premium appearance.
 
The grey fleck design is one of the most popular options within our gym flooring range, offering a clean commercial look while helping reduce the visibility of dust, chalk, and marks in high-use training spaces. Whether you are building a garage gym, strength studio, CrossFit facility, or commercial gym, these rubber gym mats provide excellent sound reduction, impact absorption, and long-term durability.
 
Our 15mm gym flooring tiles are ideal for garage gyms, home gyms, and lighter commercial use, while the 20mm gym flooring tiles are better suited to heavier strength training environments with barbells, racks, and free weights. Both options are precision cut with only a 1% sizing tolerance to help create a tighter fit and cleaner installation with minimal gaps.
 
Each tile measures 100cm x 100cm and is manufactured from high-quality recycled rubber. The EPDM fleck finish not only enhances the appearance of the flooring but also improves cleaning performance compared to standard rubber gym flooring.
 
 For irregular-shaped spaces, we recommend ordering approximately 10% extra to allow for cuts and wastage. Large square or rectangular rooms may only require around 5% additional coverage.

Installation Advice
Before installation, ensure the floor surface is clean, level, and dry. Many customers choose to lay the tiles loose due to their heavy weight and secure fit, although adhesive can be used for commercial facilities or permanent installations if preferred.
