We wanted to make your life a little easier, for UK based garages we'd typically recommend our 20mm x 1m2 rubber gym flooring. Protect your floor, protect your gym equipment, keep noise down, whilst ensuring your home gym looks great. 
 
There are three typically home garage gym sizes:
 
Single garage (this measures 18m2)
Double garage (this measures 36m2)
Triple garage (this measures 55.5m2)
 
We strongly advise that you do your own measuring. Just multiple the length in meters, by the width in meters. We'd also recommend that you add 5% to be safe.
 
We've pre-built the following sets for you, all are based on 20mm commercial gym quality, SBR rubber flooring made with highly dense SBR granuales on top to ensure a smooth easy to maintain finish.
 
Single garage gym - 3m x 6m = 18m. We recommend a 19 tile set. 
 
Double garage gym - 6m x 6m = 36m. We recommend a 38 tile set. 
 
Triple garage gym - 9.25m x 6m = 55.5m. We recommend a 58 tile set.

Preparation/advice
 
Ensure your floor is level, and give it a good clean prior to installation, if you do clean it, make sure it is dry before you start laying the tiles. You can purchase general adhesive from most DIY stores (or of course Amazon), many customers prefer to lay these tiles loose. As a quality product, they are fairly heavy and movement if the whole room is laid will be minimal. If you need to cut your tiles to size, this can be done using strong retractable knife, however, please proceed with caution. At 20mm it will require some force but is feasiable with a good stanley knife. When you cut, we'd recommend a spirit level/other appliance to ensure the cut is straight and your hands are protected.
 
Whilst not essential, we'd recommend cleaning the tiles once installed, ideally with a degreasing solution.
