How many tiles do I need?
 
To work out how many gym floor tiles you need, measure the length and width of your space in metres and multiply them together to calculate the total square metres required.
 
We usually recommend ordering:
 
5% extra for simple rectangular rooms
10% extra for spaces that need more cuts or have awkward layouts

Installation and preparation advice
 
Before laying your tiles, make sure the subfloor is clean, level and fully dry. These tiles are heavy and can often be laid loose, especially when the full room is fitted, although some commercial sites may prefer to use adhesive depending on their health and safety requirements.
 
If tiles need trimming, this can be done carefully using a strong retractable knife. Please always take appropriate care during fitting.
