Dual Pin Select | Assisted Chin & Dip Machine
Pull-ups, chin-ups and dips — made accessible for every strength level, from beginner to advanced. The Recharge Dual Pin Select Assisted Chin & Dip Machine uses a biomechanically engineered standing assist platform to replicate natural bodyweight movement patterns with minimal interference, allowing users to train the movements correctly at any level of strength. A three-position grip system covers the full range of back training, whilst the adjustable dip station switches between chest-focused and triceps-focused training with a simple rotation. With a 105kg weight stack and dual-level anti-slip platform, this machine is built for commercial environments where safety, accessibility and training quality all matter.
- 2-in-1 upper body station — assisted chin-ups and dips from one machine
- 105kg weight stack — precision-calibrated assistance for every strength level
- 3-position grip system — wide, neutral and narrow grips for comprehensive back training
- Standing assist platform — natural movement with ankle and knee force transmission
- Dual-level anti-slip platform — safe, accessible entry and exit for all heights
- Adjustable dip station — rotates between wide-grip chest and narrow-grip triceps
- Precise width adjustment — dip handles set to match individual shoulder proportions
- 241kg total machine weight — heavy-duty stability under load
Standing Platform — Natural Movement Pattern
Force is transmitted through the ankle and knee joints in a way that closely replicates the natural pull-up arc — unlike kneeling platforms which alter body position and movement mechanics. Entry and exit is also more straightforward on a busy gym floor.
Three-Position Grip System — Comprehensive Back Training
Wide pronated (upper back/outer lats), neutral middle (mid-back, joint-friendly), narrow supinated (lower lats, greater bicep involvement). All three biomechanically calculated for the muscle force curves at each width.
Adjustable Dip Station — Chest or Triceps
Rotation switches between wide-grip (chest) and narrow-grip (triceps). Width adjusts to the user's shoulder proportions — reducing shoulder strain and improving recruitment.
Dual-Level Anti-Slip Platform — Safe for All Heights
Two step heights for easy entry and exit across a wide range of user heights. Anti-slip surface on both levels for secure footing throughout.
Precision Weight Stack — 105kg Counterbalance
The higher the selected weight, the greater the assistance. At 105kg, it accommodates users from those needing significant support through to those progressing towards fully unassisted movements.
How does the assisted machine work?
The weight stack counterbalances a portion of your bodyweight — higher weight = more assistance. Reduce assistance weight as strength improves to progress towards unassisted reps.
What's the difference between the three grip positions?
Wide pronated = upper back/outer lats. Neutral middle = mid-back, shoulder-friendly. Narrow supinated = lower lats with more bicep involvement. All biomechanically calculated.
Why is a standing platform better than kneeling?
It replicates the natural pull-up trajectory more closely. Kneeling alters body position and movement mechanics. Standing is also easier to get on and off.
Can the dip handles be adjusted?
Yes — width adjusts to shoulder proportions, and rotation switches between chest-focused (wide) and triceps-focused (narrow) dip positions.
What is the weight stack?
105kg — consistent across the full Dual Pin Select range.
Is this suitable for a commercial gym?
Yes. 241kg, standing assist platform, dual-level anti-slip entry, three-position grips, adjustable dips — built for high-use commercial environments.
How much floor space is needed?
1745mm × 1195mm footprint. Stands at 2430mm tall — confirm ceiling clearance before installation.
Is installation included?
It's not unfortunately, but we do offer it as a service, please contact us to discuss delivery and installation options.
