Ryan and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start he has provided support and guidance to enable me to kit out the studio as I had designed.
His team were incredibly patient when I was dealing with delays in accessing the site (due to it being a new development). Once I had obtained access and had a very tight window to get the place operational, his team leapt into action and sorted out all the equipment and logistics to get it to me in no time.
I cannot thank him and his team enough. As my first studio and doing the majority of the build work myself I needed to be able to work with , and trust my supplier. Recharge have been fantastic and I will be using them as my number 1 supplier in times to come and when we open Studios 2,3 and 4.
We've recently expanded our commercial gym and bought equipment from Recharge Fitness. The quality of the equipment (flooring, sled track, bars etc) was top notch and priced competitively. The personalized service from Ryan and his Team was absolutely excellent - second to none! We are based in NE Scotland, quite some distance from Recharge HQ! The Recharge Team provided remote support for the installers fitting our floor and sled track and were always available to provide guidance and support as required. Thanks again for the excellent service and ongoing support - we'll be back!
