With 6 different pad positions and 3 various seat settings, many exercises can be utilized in forms of seated, numerous inclines and flat positionings. 
 
It has a new position-locking frame for easier changing whilst maintaining a solid support for each angle. Using the textured front handle accompanied with a pair of shielded wheels on the back arm, this bench can be easily manoeuvred around with great mobility.
