Studio Bench – Space-Saving Adjustable Bench
The Studio Bench is designed for busy training spaces where every square metre counts. Lighter and easier to move than a heavy-duty powerlifting bench, it’s still built to a commercial standard – perfect for PT studios, group training spaces, boutique gyms and serious home gyms.
Thanks to its unique built-in storage stand, the Studio Bench can be stored vertically on its end when not in use. That means you can quickly clear floor space for classes, circuits or stretching, then bring it straight back into action in seconds.
With 6 back pad positions and 3 seat settings, you can cover everything from flat bench work to multiple incline angles and supported seated exercises. Press, row, curl and perform countless dumbbell and barbell movements with stable support throughout the full range of motion.
A new position-locking frame makes angle changes quick and simple whilst keeping each setting rock solid under load. The textured front handle and shielded rear wheels make it easy to tilt and roll the bench around your space, so you’re not dragging or lifting unnecessarily between stations.
Rated to a 400kg max load, the Studio Bench combines a medium-duty frame with a comfortable, durable pad – ideal for:
- PT and small-group training studios
- Boutique and commercial gyms
- Home and garage gyms that need a commercial feel but with a compact footprint
If you need a versatile, professional bench that’s easy to move, easy to store and tough enough for daily use, the Studio Bench is a smart, space-efficient choice.

I have never experienced such fabulous service and the fact that they’re a small family business is great too.
I 💯 recommend them and am very grateful for their generosity in supporting my gym which will be raising money for a local charity.
