Stackable Soft Plyo Box Set

Bring more variety to your functional training with the Recharge Stackable Soft Plyo Box Set. Supplied as one complete set, it includes five plyo boxes in 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24-inch heights, giving athletes of different abilities the flexibility to train at the right level.

Each box can be used individually or securely stacked to create a wide range of training heights. This makes the set ideal for progressive plyometric training, allowing users to gradually increase the challenge as their confidence, strength and explosive power improve.

The high-density foam construction provides a firm and stable platform while creating a softer landing surface than a traditional wooden or steel plyo box. A hard-wearing, non-slip PVC cover offers additional grip and durability, making the set suitable for repeated use in home gyms, personal training studios and commercial fitness facilities.

Use the boxes for explosive box jumps, step-ups, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, depth jumps and rehabilitation exercises. The smaller 3 and 6-inch boxes are particularly useful for controlled progressions, while the taller boxes provide a greater challenge for experienced athletes.

When your workout is finished, the boxes can be stacked neatly together to keep your training area organised and reduce the amount of floor space required for storage.
