With 3 different stances, you can change the height of the box from 24" to 20" to 16". Built using provided screws & lap joints, the box is strongly held together with a nice flush look. It is advised to apply wood glue to further seal & secure for frequent & commercial usage.
Given the ease of movement & usage, this box is suitable for most spaces from home to commerical gyms, fantastic for power movements, functional fitness & crossfit training.
