This sturdy low row has been created using 75mm x 75mm steel, it's a serious piece of gym equipment and a popular choice for larger commercial gyms.

We've designed this to really target the lats, as you pull the handles in, it really hits the muscles hard, as a secondary muscle group you'll feel a bicep burn.  Low rows can often feel uncomfortable, with pressure on the sternum,  however, this has been designed to avoid that sternum pain, with a short central padded support. All commercial plate loaded machines are  rigorously tested and are built to last the test of time.
