Pin loaded machines are super popular in commercial gyms. Whilst we don't get too many requests from our CrossFit customers, nor luxury home gym users, for large commercial gyms though pin loaded machines are imperative. They look great, and are perfect for newbies to safety get their strength up, and advanced lifters isolating muscle groups.

Plate Loaded

There is something rewarding about using a plate loaded machine. Not only do they help users really isolate muscle groups, they also look great. Loading up the machines full of plates might make you look like an absolute monster, but you'll get a really good squeeze on the muscle and a deep deep burn. The leg press and chest press are super popular bits of kit, not only in gyms, but if you have the budget and the space, they work well in private gyms, studios and homes.
