As a part of this, for 90 days you will have access to the impressive Deej, an experienced bodybuilder and trusted personal trainer who we have worked with in the past.

You'll join our community whatsapp support group with others also joining in the challenge alongside our weekly Zoom call.

This is being supported by the HomeGym community group and Recharge, you'll receive an exclusive co-branded performance t shirt and recharge bobble hat which you can use during your workouts.

90 days of accountability

From other members, and from yourself. With the Whatsapp group providing the motivation, weekly check ins on the zoom call, and plenty of advice and encouragement from the guest PTs along the way.

Potential prize money

As an added motivational boost, we will be setting money aside for the winner and runner up (by public vote). This could equate to quite a tidy sum...just as an extra boost of motivation.

What will you need to do?

Before and after pictures

This is about being accountable. To be in with a chance to win the prize money, you'll also need to take pictures on day one with a paper/date, and at the end of the 12 week block. Content from calls may be shared publically.

Give it a good go

There is no point in signing up if you can't afford the £50, and/or won't actually stick to your regime for 12 weeks. Now 90 days isn't insignificant, we want you to work hard throughout this period. Exercise and eat smart, if you, the results will be worth it!

Positive mindset

We won't be giving you prescriptive individual training programmes, although there will be guides sent. This is about working hard as a community, and driving and supporting others. Support is the key word, let's be encouraging.
