The aim of Recharge Fitness isn't just to sell good quality gym equipment, it's much bigger. We want to help create a healthier nation. People exercising, achieving their goals, ultimately leads to a happier and healthy nation. Nutrition is a key part of this. So what apps do you use to track* to keep yourself accountable? What Apps do you recommend?
*Please don't start messaging saying you don't need to track calories. For many people just eating sensibly and exercising is more than enough and I get that. That's great. For many others (myself included) they like to track calories and macros, I don't do it all year round but when I'm trying to get really trim, I find it keeps me motivated and completely on track.
My personal app of choice is MyFitnessPal. Top tip, if you upgrade to the premium version you can set different goals each day which is great for me because on 'weights' days, I like to eat 100 calories over my maintenance. On 'diet' days, I then eat around 500 calories under my maintenance.
