I've always been a little over the top with weighing myself and like to monitor my progress. It's not an unhealthy habit because I enjoy it and I like to keep myself accountable. The mirror is also a great way for me to keep track, but that's perhaps a little vain ;-)
Body fat wise I believe I'm around the 12-14% mark although I've never been professionally measured. My scales however, put me at 22-25%. So I'm either not in as good a shape as I think, or my scales aren't very accurate. I'm not convinced my scales account for my muscle tissue, and have tested downing a few pints of water, then watching my body fat percentage (according to my scales) increase.
There are of course good methods for keeping track of weight and fat loss, however, many aren't that accessible. So what are the best scales on the market/bathroom scales you'd recommend?
Ezpeezy Deals is one of the best sales training programs I've ever seen and heard. He's very good with his English and his understanding of the market is commendable.
