Out of interest how do you recovery? What do you do, how often Etc. Favourite ways/forms of recovery?
Im always intrigued by how people recovery. To me if you can recover well you can perform well. Personally I like active recovery however my “easy” runs are sometimes pushed a little too much. I’ve finally started to do stretching post workout. I need more encouragement for upper body mobility!
Anyone any tips for upper mobility and if you use apps which apps do you use?
